actually this tells me that you know nothing about bbing. thats why genetics are so important in bbing. wide clavicles allow you to develop the X frame as it is called. phil doesn't have it. he has developed the muscle to the max but he will never be as wide as say nasser, dorian, jay because of his narrow clavicles

Phil looks great and I really wouldnt have any particular problems with phil being mr O if he only had a big chest and a wider back to match those arms. Arms are still overpowering his torso IMO but nobody seems to care if arms are too big on a guy..

just fascinated at how people spend all this time picking apart competitors looking for minor flaws, when the main man Jay has flaws everywhere. Not to say there arnt people picking apart jay either.

i am just not impressed by him. he does look good but he is the kind of bber that would be 170lbs without drugs. he is not a like the freaks that built a foundation over the years like bbing had in the past. those days are sadly gone. thats all i was saying

Jay has the worst genetic of any Mr O ever.

Its also about time everyone jumped off of the have a go at Phil Heath GH15 bandwagon. Dorian, Ronnie, Nasser, all of them were all drugs, thats what the sport is. Phil does he same shit as everyone else.

I suppose thats a fairly reasonable point, it does affect his structure, but there are other structural disasters out there, Jay being the perfect example.

you know, small bodybuilders shouldt be allowed to get on that stage imo anyway. a mr o should look impressive in clothes as well. i would want to go that far as saying to ban bbers from competing there if they dont have a proper height. i know bbing is a small mans "sport" but winners should look like superheros, they cant be impressive if they dont have height, maybe nice as a circus act, NOT nice as a mister o.

Jay gave the title away. His back is not as huge as it was back in 2004-2006. Ronnie motivated Jay to do heavy rows and deadlifts. Jay has lost that thickness that he was slowly developing during the Ronnie years.

The bad bicep injection was just the icing on the cake.

"Gave it away", no offense but thats being generous. Hes come to the end of the road genetically, he has nothing to offer, and he has nothing left in the tank youth wise. He has not got the genes of ronnie, ten years at the top and maintaining his size has been a remarkable achievement for him, but he wont be able to compete into his 40's at least not maintaining what he looks like now, things will only get worse from here on.

I dont think Jay looks old up there. I think Jay is a bored man.. Who has not been motivated since he beat Ronnie.

He only does well as the underdog. He dominated in 2009 only because he lost in 2008.

Once he wins... He loses motivation.. Gets bored... And goes downhill
