he did no improvments,, again 2lb is extra 2lb and 2lb of lean muscle is a lot BUT! not when the fella is maxed,, you have here a very narrow fella that is in the head of a very very bad generation of bodybuild i cant even clal them bodybuilders...but just you have here a fella that is maxed,, he cant grow no more,, he is maxed,, 2lb was what he gained,, next year will be maybe another lb ,, and thats it ,, he is done ,, you know why he is done? because THERE IS NO FOUNDATION TO BUILD ON ,, HE IS MAXED the bones and tendoins abused to the max carrying this balonie....btu with out actualy being able to carry more....becaue he cant suddenly decide he want to train heavy....he cant bring back the past,, sooo the artifical muscle will be what it is artifical like beauty pagent ...and you will see it the moment something bad happen or when he get little off,, you will see how bad it is to give o to someone who is foundationless,,
