in this day and age pupils....the faster you jump on hgh and insulina the better you wil do in bodybuild,,infact let me tell you a secret here,,

in this day and age ....you dont train with out hgh and insulina in system,,

the all bodybuild cult has changed phase to mainly hgh and insulina...the aas are realy the finishing touch now day lol thts the sad part ,,notice how all shoulders are FULL! ALL DELTS ARE VERY VERY FULL WHILE LOW LOW BODYFAT...notice how everything is 3 dimentional on everyone yet lack LACK the superb condition ,,

bodybuulding has got to a point where 200lb bodybuild in condition is small....unless he is 5'4,,

bodybuilding has got to a point where 220 lb bodybuilder is small!

its madness...and! the kits of gh fly like warm buns out of the elfs fatories

basically today ....if you dont have enough for 15 iu a day gh ....you dont even need to think about being bodybuilder in high competetive level,,

it became a big big mess

hgh + insulin is not only the big thing in bodybuilding, it has been the big thing in sports for a long time now

hell yeah for baseball players gh is their best friend because  it also improoves eyesight.  I know an optometrist who deals with major league ballplayers on a regular basis, and told me Bonds had 20/10 vision in his prime, off the charts. The average major leaguer has 20/15 eyesight for the record.

I truly hope this guy to be the future Mr. O.. in my opinion it would be the save of bodybuilding.

Just need to bring up the fuckin chest and make some back improvements.. I think he can do that.

If he hasn't figured out that his chest needs to be brought up, then he ain't Mr. O material.
Phil realized that he needed to be more than a set of arms, so he steadily improved. And was consistent with his conditioning....that is te true mark of a champion.

Remember in the Encyclopedia of Bbing, Arnold said he saw his weaknesses, highlighted them in pics and brought them up.

i think Evan is Univeral nutritions last golden goose (wrath, house, vinny all done) and they don't want to continue losing on stage, so they pay him enough to keep him in the gym and off the stage.

You cant lose if you dont pose

Evan has been bringing up his weak points.  He gets significantly better from year to year.  He'll bring his chest up.  He knows he needs to and he will.  Unfortunately, when I watch his training, he presses an awful lot and I think his shoulders/arms just dominate the movement.  What do I know though?

House isn't done, he just took the year off.  He's still a young up and coming BBer.  Evan will always be ahead of him as Universal's prized posession, but House is definitely not done.

I say Evan will go to the O in a couple years. He will be in for the fight of his life.
I also say he is waiting out the bad rep he has built for himself in the community.  He wants to walk out clean.  Not with everyone looking at him as if he is some freak for what he did.

Centopani is the only one who will go for the top 2 against Heath

mark my word

only one in the game today who got the dorian graininess

he only needs a little more size and that's it.

He is impressive in pictures but in video his conditionning is much more impressive and when you watch the videos you can see what is so different about him.

Now that Jay retired and Kai can't seem to nail his conditioning, lets hope this is true

all the young guys coming up pushing 6 ft should be licking their chops with an undersized mr o like phil.

in evan current state phil would waste him 10 out of 10.  lets see if he is willing to go in the yates zone.

odds are i think not.

phil at 6 mr o's

I dont see why Evan would go through the fight of his life though, what for? He is educated, white and successful, looks awesome, has a family and kid, like he is really gonna catch phil anyways. I still can't believe Phil competed at 290lbs, god damn. I don't even WANT To know what Phil must be doing to look like that 290lbs is nuts!. Also At the end of the day you cant cheat genetics and  Phil is black so he  will always have that genetic edge. All Evan can hope for is Phil gets cancer from packing his meals in plastic instead of glass, and he might have half a chance. sry but I gotta go with parker on this one :-\

Do you think Kuclo might go the Yates route? 25 carrying that kind of size, I really don't see how he can't at this point.

Phil was not 290 pounds....not even on the freakin moon would he weigh that much...he was barely bigger than he was in 2010. He was probably 240ish...a 290 pound Heath would have been a true marshmallow, with 24ish arms, if not bigger.

Kuclo has to get rid of the glazed donut look first.

I noticed on all the Olympia threads that there has been little to no mention of Evan Centopani.  The guy is young, placed top 5 Arnold, and has not nearly maxed out his physique.  I think he would have done well in this years O and could potentially win in the future and in my opinion would be a better representative for bodybuilding than Phil.

I love when people proclaim someone has or hasnt 'maxed out their physique'  ::) How the fuck does anyone know this?  ::)

Evan is young and planning it correctly.  He will choose to compete in a contest in which he will place in the top three (ok, maybe win one now to compete in the O), but even if he places a close second to someone else, he probably will get an invite to the 2012 Olympia.

The IFBB Men's Rankings will now come into play...

Evan will have to get through Dennis Wolf before he can challenge Phil.  Dennis and Phil are about the same age.
