coleman has a horrible ab structure and looks like shit with his too big quads. 96-97 he was good, although even then his ab structure wasn't the best but it got worse as he increased the dosages.

Im a heath fan BUT hes nowhere near Ronnies level.

Ronnie is on the top of the pyramid...everyone else just tries to catch up.

Kai is the closest thing to Ronnie today...but wont surpass him, still could hold his own next to him though.

Ronnie won his first Olympia at the age of 36 and was 248 lb. Phil is 31 and around the same weight. Give him another 4-5 years and we'll see what he looks like.

Ronnie's first Olympia was at 32 (1994) and he didn't even place in the top 15. I do think Ronnie is better than Phil, but to compare them at different ages isn't fair.

No one is saying that he is better than Coleman.  However, Phil is compared favorably to Levrone and Flex, and those were guys who could stand on stage with Ronnie and give him some competition.  There really isn't anybody in the history of bodybuilding that would be able to compete with a Coleman at his all-time best.

They always get a lot of it wrong. Funnily, the same thing used to happen when ESPN was broadcasting the Mr Olympia, AC and other comps - they'd get everything right except for the weights.

Then again, Heath, outside of Mr. Personality Dexter Jackson, doesn't have a bloated, GH gut.  Has to be a good thing..and he's a personable and likeable guy.

shot oil in his arms  ;D cephissus you have never injected yourself with anything, you have no clue what phil uses. while most people parrot gh15 and call hiom philsulin and assert he uses tons of seo... there has never once been any sign of it on his physique. round muscle bellies doesnt necessarily mean synthol. phil doesnt even train his arms that much anymore as he recognized they were overpowering the rest of his body and started focusing on leveling out his physique. i very much doubt he has injected anything into his arms for a long while, and even in the past i doubt he ever used anything but site injections with aas.

back on subject, ronnie made about the same improvements between 97 and 98 that phil did this year. a tad bit of size and better conditioning. that combination makes a big difference on a bodybuilder of that caliber.


find me 5 bodybuilders from any era who can compete with phil in ALL of the mandatories
