cephissus you have never injected yourself with anything, you have no clue what phil uses. while most people parrot gh15 and call hiom philsulin and assert he uses tons of seo... there has never once been any sign of it on his physique. round muscle bellies doesnt necessarily mean synthol. phil doesnt even train his arms that much anymore as he recognized they were overpowering the rest of his body and started focusing on leveling out his physique. i very much doubt he has injected anything into his arms for a long while, and even in the past i doubt he ever used anything but site injections with aas.
back on subject, ronnie made about the same improvements between 97 and 98 that phil did this year. a tad bit of size and better conditioning. that combination makes a big difference on a bodybuilder of that caliber.
find me 5 bodybuilders from any era who can compete with phil in ALL of the mandatories
