I have this problem as well.

Also I used to be able to savagely plug "purenaturalstrength"'s mother four or five times a night but now it's more like two or three tops.

I'm 34, and the only thing that slows me down is that my knees are shot to pieces from all the heavy leg workouts over the years. Sometimes, on a bad day, it hurts to walk.

The rest of me is fine - still got the same motivation for training as I've ever had and I can still recover from workouts just as quickly. My strength levels are the same too, if not better - I'm as strong as I've ever been as a natural.

In other words, I don't feel 34 - feel like I'm in my mid twenties or thereabouts.

Seriously, when I was 8/9 I wanted to started playing hockey, but didn't because my cousin informed me I was too old to get into the nhl $:-\$ no joke
Ever since then I've always felt "too old" for whatever be it a rockstar, a serious bodybuilder, you name it. It's I guess a bit of my own personal narcissism.

However over the last year I've become more ok with the horrid disease of living. In the last year I"ve moved back to my home town(due to health problems/financial), hung out exclusively with people 2-5 years younger(all potheads) than me, basically had a midlife crisis at 24. On my 24th birthday I had to goto my grandfathers funeral, and I was the most involved person there because nobody besides me my dad and uncle even knew him. Then that night I spent the night drinking with people who were all atleast 20 years my senior, had a good conversation with my 67 year uncle about how kickass led zepplin was. Then to follow it up I visited my best friend and his wife who got a bun in the oven. So I know this is a bunch of babbling but you can see I feel fucking old.
