Olympia 2000 was one of the shittiest O:s ever. Everybody showed serious signs of SEO. Ronnies calves clearly had something in there. That dude who almost died Orville Burke must have been one of the biggest oil users in history! Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Calves, Quads and lats iīm sure too. To do oil in vastus lateralis you need to do atleast 7 injections all over the sweep 1-3 ml per shot. Iīve done SEO myself and Nolotil too... Nolotil looks better, like esiclene, SEO can be done in biceps and calves to gain 1-1,5 inch, not more. I guess back then that shit was new and people thought they could create whole musclegroups with it (Milos...). Big A says you need to shoot both heads of bis for example, varying sites and also depth. Trevor Smith said you should only do it in the biceps peak...and doing it that way looks like shit. I think the best thing to do for those 2 extra inches and make it look good, is great foundation to begin with. Then site inject something like test prop in there for temp. swelling and before a show do some Nolotil. Flex was a really big user of it, and admitted so himself. People were like "ohh my god I would never have thought that!". Look at some of his training videos from his later years esp. and itīs obvious as hell. Biceps, triceps, calves, all 3 heads of delts... I see SEO as cheating because then "the sky is the limit" on how much your arms can grow. But some prop and nolotil/esiclene in there have been done foreever. Jays arm this year looked like a fucked up Nolotil injection, because it almost went away the next day... Phil have done his very very good. You canīt do forearms and he must have some of the biggest forearms in BB history. They match his upper arms. He might be the biggest blowup insulina freak out there but not SEO. Back at mr SEO 2000 everybody had bodyparts looking like Jays arm did this weekend...
