NO! Ronnie kills heath when coming to arm size. a 100% ronnie would make phil look tiny! thats just high doses of HGH+ insulin blowing the muscle up. ronnie has a better natural foundation and then when on the same drugs just has an insane more natural looking peak. Phils triceps are huge though! still too balooney looking all insulin balooning the muscle up. dont get me wrong he has great arms but the drugs really push them into overdrive. gives them that cartoon look. Ronnie would stomp this kid in his prime! Phil has made the most improvements since going pro. he is not as narrow as he once was and I like the size of his forarms. He still is short
 4 abs! in most shots he has 4 good abs, some pros have 8 packs phil just has 4 big abs. I think he blew everyone at the olympia away though! not much competition out there since ronnie retired. its not the early 90's anymore where there was some stiff competition.Ronnie had garden hose veins! Phil dosn't come close to ronnie but he def swept this olympia easily!

I think I would to. ronnie is just over the top when he is 100% . that would be dope to walk around with a pair of arms like that if only he had a dexter jackson mid-section and a dorian back that would be perfection

philsulina arms are full of seo ...atleast 1-1.5 inches on those arms is seo ,, basicaly since he got up to 19.5 inch he used seo to get up to 20.5...he is not 22 inch competition and he is not even REMOTELY close to rons arms what are you nuts? he  has oil in those arms,,both oil and and! the water sit injection that some use now days,,also he lack the freakiness its just mass bulk of lean mass but no freakiness to the arm

ron had 2 inch on him and much more genetic freakiness as in shape....

Phil does not have any oil in his arm apart from speculation can you provide any real proof that he has oil in his arms I do not think you can. Now ronnie is one of the greatest no doubt but he was a over the top freak most average dudes would not want to look like that, now phil has a bodybuilding look that is more pleasing to the eye, most average dudes would want to look like him, now when you combine that with his good looks and intelligence. he is as close to mainstream as a mr olympia is going to get.
