In all honesty, I'm pretty sure Phil would even tell you Ronnie is untouchable. He always said, how he wanted to put a "sweater on" when he saw big Ron in his prime when he was turning pro.

Phil's got an amazing set of arms no doubt, but Ronnie's from another world.

Phil's arms look much bigger on the outside than the inside. Meaning they're less overwhelming in the FDB.

Comparing Coleman and Phil is ridiculous. Just one of Ronnie's arms at the 2004 Olympía was the size of both of Heath's arms combined. And, even though Ronnie was soft and holding water at that weight, his arms still had insane detail, separations and vascularity that actually surpassed Heath's. No comparison.

Drugs? Genetics? Insulin? I mean the dude came out of nowhere and got huge and is now a Mr. Olympia. Jay, Coleman, etc. have all spent decades from the time they were 18 bodybuilding. Heath was a fucking basketball player for crying out loud. Does this guy have the ability to get more massive than anyone including Coleman? I think so. But in the end just what the fuck are these pros taking? I mean it's insane. No one's genetics are THAT great. Heath's arms are fucking huge. If Sergio Oliva was popping dbol like candy Heath must have a fucking IV drip attached to his arm 24hrs. Is it the GH? Are these guys all under the watchful eye of doctors and shit? Come on......what's the scoop getbiggers! Let's hear it!

Genetic response to drugs. Plain and simple. He is a hyper responder to drugs. The fact is there are a lot of people in this world that if given steroids and a gym membership can blow up like phil did, but a lot of them are happy not working out, playing basketball on weekends and going to the beach.

If you got 10 million 20 year old men and injected 1 gram of testosterone per week into them and put them all on the same diet and workout regimine you would see a huge difference between them all if you plotted their weight gain on a bell curve. You'd probably have poor responders in the lower half, the majority would be in the middle and a decent amount in the upper half. But a lot of people will never know their response to drugs if they never try it.

It's the same as all guys. Some people can take 1 tylenol and it will knock them to sleep in minutes while others need 2 per hour just to keep their headaches away. It's just how your body responds to different medication.
