Wake up (obvious but worth a mention), put-on porridge, put on gym clothes, eat, wash face, brush teeth, take insulin, take a bit gh, cos I've food cooked for the day the previous night and my work clothes in my bag I can just drive to gym, open it up, train, more gh, protein, back to bed in the town apartment over the shop for an hour and a half, thanks to the iPhone I can check getbig numerous times during this morning ritual
