i missed out on more than a few jobs because of affimative action. i have even been told by one employer that they needed females and minorities..which looking back i think was pretty stupid of him but was a nice gesture so i wouldn;t wait by the phone

Nothing else seems to work so why not use this type of wake up call? It shows the lopsided way things work in the United States so why not educate the brainwashed?

I'm not trolling, or being a douche.  I'm sincerely curious as to why the racial hierarchy is the way it is?  Now, and in the previous five or so centuries? 

The only thing I can think of is that the Europeans used precious metals, from the bronze age to the iron age, when everyone else was using spears... From that moment, the hierarchy was formed.

Everyone else was busy catching up. Which they did eventually, but it was too late.
