He really does. He definitely stands out in those shots. Kai's a weirdo but he's a good bodybuilder. And I'm know expert on this whole foundation thing but he looks solid. Not that blown up marshmellow look that Heath has. Kai looks like no stranger to years and years of heavy ass lifting.

Kai will frustrate you with his potential. He really needs to concentrate on his waist and gut, maybe take his bodyweight down in the offseason and practice his FDB and front relaxed poses daily. Chad seems to see all of Kai's potential, maybe those two can get together and take Kai in a different direction than Oscar and George have.

I dont get it. Everyone complains about the guts these days but if a guy isnt 260-280lbs he's tiny and getting dwarfed? Jay and Kai's waist/guts are digusting and go against everything bb stands for. Phil destroys these two blocky pieces of shit. He's big enough and has a tiny waist. His glutes/hamstrings and tie-ins are way sharper. Jay's lower back with skin folds? Pathetic. I dont get people. I thought we wanted bb going in the right direction?

The majority of you guys sound like puppets to other members. Stop complaning Heath has the best built right now. In the past guys like Shawn Ray or Dexter had no chance of winning. Check out Shawn Ray 1999 Mr o posing routine. He is flawless reguardless of what numbers on the scale say.

both guys up their game a week later, and phil don't look like "the most complete bber ever". people went overboard, and i think that's why phil is getting some backlash. then, dumbasses like chick and dennis james started saying he was a better mr o than ronnie or yates at their peak. none of this is phil's fault, just keep this shit in perspective. he's a nice change of pace vs the last 3 mr O's excluding jay
