Kai is has the best legs in body building & when he dials it in, look out. However . . . Kai will not win the Olympia until he cuts the shit lock off his head and he knows it. At the O when he came out to pose, he let his rapunzel-esk lock defiantly down saying fuck you it's Kai's way or the highway. The highway can get pretty fucken lonely.

If he is going to follow big-Jay and cash out his regime to the max, he must stay huge. No more shrinking on off-season for him.

In my opinon they all look like sacks of shit.  They can't diet for shit, can't get tight for shit and are just big bloofy bags of oil, insulin and GH.  I wish we can go back 20 years but we can't and are stuck with these assholes.

But can he afford it health wise? Being drugged up to the maximum year round might make him sick. And when you're unhealthy it's much harder to bring it 100%.

Kai seems cool, but his structure is just odd. Great body parts, but put together weird. He does display it well....
He actually should come down in weight about 15lbs...
