I usually agree with pretty much everything you say, but I have to tell you that during the last 10 years, I saw Ronnie Coleman in NY at least twice and he looked VERY impressive. Back and arms looked unreal and his overall density made it seem as if he was made out of granite.

I have to say that I have had a chance to spend time with Jay on and off over the years and he is a huge son of a bitch. His shoulder width in particular is insane. So while I can appreciatte that while his health is not impressive that his mass and width are. I am 5'8 and he is taller than me so I do think he is 5'10. That said most bodybuilders are 5'10 and under.

1) He is very large and WIDE

2.) He looks like he is always pissed/depressed/clued-out

3.) He is short

4.) He isn't particularly warm in disposition

5. ) His hair style is always quite lame

6.) He has the single most annoying voice EVER

Ive only seen 4 or 5 pros in person GUEST posing at local bodybuilding shows. First pro ive saw in person was COLEMAN back in 06, then Cutler in 07 and again later that year, Dexter jackson in 08 i believe, Victor martinez in 09 and Heath later in 09. I think i was most impressed with VICTORS physique.

the reason why pro bodybuilders look so small is because most getbbigers are 300lbs 6% bodyfat and they dwarf pros and make them look like they do not train. I feel sorry for these pros because they cannot keep up with getbiggers.

Why is it that some pro bodybuilders list inaccurate stats? When I met Stan Efferding awhile back while he was in Portland, I was surprised to see that he was noticeably shorter than I am. I double checked his on line stats which indicated he was taller than I am. When I posted about this before, people argued with me. Crazy! I am just under 5'11" these days (I've shrunk with age). Stan's height is supposedly between 6' and 6'1/2". If this is true, I must be around 6'2". Hmm?

Ya jay is a 5'8" Dwarf-- ..competes at 260-70 lbs and walks around at 300 lbs in good offseason shape..Thats one big motha fucker Dwarf....
