Yeah...about 10 years ago, he indicated that he would like to be retired by 35...
He has changed on this position because he enjoys winning, and enjoys the paychecks.
If he will break his plans to retire by 35, what makes you think he won't pull a Ronnie and compete well past his prime?
I don't think guys today care much about 'legacy' like they do in other sports in years past.
If jay can get 3rd at the Arnold for the next three years...maybe take home a few NY Pro wins.... that's a nice paycheck.... keep some nice MD and supp high profile contracts.
Why not? Let Phil and Kai have the sandows. Compete 5 more years.
