With Children/Parents its really not possible especially if they demonstrate they have blatantly been living at a location for years. Its a Civil Matter that will lose 10 times out of 10 in any local Housing court, especially if a tenant/landlord relationship is nonexistent.
you cant evict,,,you can remove from premises,,,,they are using wrong word here,,,to remove and evict are two different things,,,
