do only pulldowns for a few months then switch to doing only deadlifts for a few months and come back to me champ.  :)

HAHA I was waiting for assbrus to respond.  I beastly legs even with my crap knee and I am natty.  you my hormonal friend have chicken legs.  maybe you should learn to do some squats and your legs might blow up with the combined hormonal use.  never gonna be as good as mine though  :) :) :)

I used to do them after squats on leg day.

Changed to back day last 3 months. First exercise. No difference in development but am just stronger because I am not pre exhausted by squats.

HAHA 2U2 my roid raging friend.  unfortunately your chicken legs do not match the upper body.  which is why 99% of your pictures are with pants and only the upper body seen.  u have a decent upper body only obtainable by hormonals.  ur legs have less definition than mine do bulked LOL  :) not 2 mention u have no calves.

u might be on hormonals an roids but u sir are no bodybuilder  8)

Back day.  Even though deadlifts are mostly hamstrings/glutes, if you're actually moving decent weight  (say 5+ plates for reps) and working close to failure on your last few reps I feel that it's dangerous to do leg work (like squats) immediately after deadlifts or you risk potentially injuring your lower back.  On top of that, if you separate leg day and back day by 3-4 days or so, you can move a lot more weight when your hamstrings and glutes aren't fried like they would be immediately after deadlifts.  Tired hamstrings and glutes will severely limit the weight you can squat, leg press, hack squat, etc etc quite easily.

u got it spot on. no one said u had good genetics.  check out ur pre-hormones picture u look like trash.  5 11 180 range sub 10% on hormonals is normal.  compare urself to some natties  8)

Used to always do them every week on Back day (on wednesday)...  But I do squats on Monday, and found that if I went really hard on squats, I couldn't go all out on Deadlifts because my legs would still be extremely sore!



So now, I do them on leg day, alternating every other week between them and squats (actually Hack Squats)...

Found I much prefer this way over what i used to do!

i have to do deads the next day following legs because its the only time i can get to the gym. now that is rough. i just can't go real heavy because my legs are shot.  i do alot of partial dl's instead
