Just got it fixed, feel like I'm on coke all day long, it's pretty great actually. I of course had a pretty extreme case of it, but nevertheless man get it fixed if you can.

Yeah that's about right, sleep apnea for most people has to do with there gut blocking there diaphram, and there neck fat blocking there throat. I love it when I told my coworkers I had it, and all the fatties jumped on the bandwagon. ;D

Eric Broser is not natural - you want ratings be straight up and tell him he's another fucking liar, then you may gain some respect.

I get this shit once my weight gets outside of my body's comfort zone.  serious business, I considered getting a cpap machine, but downsized instead.

My wife has sleep apnea and a Cpap machine which she hates and mostly refuses to use. I can tell you this, sleep apnea is nothing to fuck around with. If you have it, do whatever it takes to correct  it. People with sleep apnea sometimes die in their sleep.

It is possible to have sleep apnea and not be overweight, BTW.

Cycling causes apnea.  I have seen this happen to several guys who never had apnea but all developed it after cycling.  It can develop with as few as two or three cycles.  :(

Yeah mine started when I was like 170 pounds(6'4") so it had nothing to do with weight at first. I had several incidents of hypoxia as well(co2 poisoning). (woke up covered in puke unable to remember my own name) scarey shit. :-\

Removed part of my throat.

  • tonsils out?
  • Uvula shaved down?
  • Deviated septum fixed?

I had all three done and still have to use cpap...though at a reduced pressure.

Don't know about the Uvula procedure, but I had my tonsils out at eight years of age and surgery to correct my deviated septum when I was almost thirty years old. Unfortunately, the deviated septum came back. So, I am still a mouth breather. I sleep soundly and feel rested in the morning. I don't think I have a problem requiring a c-pap.

Testosterone levels are a risk factor fo sleep apnea.  The Higher they are the more likely you are to have sleep apnea.
