2-3 times a week High Intensity right after I lift for about 15 mins! Really should do it more often though!

Day 1 - sprints - 20yards x 2 40 x 2, 60 x 2, 80 x 2, 100 x 2.......repeat x 2-3Day 2 - Prowler - 5 x 40 yardsDay 3 - Tire flips, sled drags.
No need for cardio , stop eating junk and clean up your diet. White fish and liquid egg whites haha
