His initial question to obama was an outright lie. A liar like him will fit right into congress!

TOLEDO, Ohio — Joe the Plumber is now Joe the congressional candidate.
The Ohioan who became an overnight sensation during the 2008 presidential campaign has filed paperwork to run for Congress.
Samuel "Joe" Wurzelbacher's (WUR'-zuhl-bahk-kurz) statement of candidacy filed with the Federal Elections Commission last week says he intends to run as a Republican in Ohio's ninth U.S. House district.
The incumbent is Marcy Kaptur, the longest serving Democratic woman in the House.
Wurzelbacher rose from obscurity in 2008 after questioning then-candidate Barack Obama about economic policies, leading Republican Sen. John McCain to repeatedly cite "Joe the Plumber" in a debate with the Democrat.
Republicans in northern Ohio said over the summer they were recruiting Wurzelbacher to run.

That was a really big lie. Why would he lie? Just to make obama look bad? Weird.

He didn't say was going to buy a $250k business. He said he was wanting to buy a business.. Big difference.

This is a prime example of why we have the same assclowns being elected over and over and over. Apparently no one is good enough to run for office in some people's eyes.

Or we could just let things be as they are and continue to get ass fucked because some people interpret any opposition to this ass fucking as a movement to restrict investing in the stock market.
Brilliant.
Genius.

At the end of the day it comes down to the people and their intelligence or lack thereof. If people are too stupid and so easily influenced by whatever is put before them, despite having the ability to vote for anyone they want to, then the old adage remains true: People get the government they deserve. I don`t fault Fox News at all for instance or any "News" Organization for that matter. If the people are too dumb to believe a fallacy or are so easily misled, then its their own fault, not Fox News or anyone else for that matter. They are just putting their product out there, be it true or false.

I don't give a shit if they disagree and I certainly don't trust you enough to interpret or communicate their beliefs (or anyones) on any issue Given the Citizens United decision we're probably permanently fucked and it's naive to believe that an honest politician is going to be able to over come unlimited corporate dollars in either an election or in governing. The only way to surive is to find your own corporate patron and play the game

You keep spouting the line that the GOP is a corporate run entity etc etc when its your black jesus Obama who makes everyone else look like choir boys in that department. As for JTP, good for him, he is private citizen and can run like anyone else.

Marcy Kaptur voted against the Bailout and has won every election in crushing fashion. She destroyed her last opponent and one time she actually got 74% of the vote.
Joe the Plumber is going to be bent over a table and raped on election day.
