AAS are the glue I coat my muscles in, so that when I throw more protein their way, more of it sticks.
Possibly not relevant to the subject at hand, but thought I'd share.
Yesterday my diet consisted of 12 protein bars at an alleged 40g protein each (someone gave me a box of then, they turned out to be tasty) and 18 cherry bakewell tarts. Appx. 6000 calories. Have not had to eat yet today...
