When I started lifting my arms were sitting at 14"...fast forward better part of a year and I'm at 15"...my forearms and biceps are stuck but my pecks and back are blowin up...I don't get it...I kinda look funny with a ripped chest and tiny arms
Should I not work back and pecks and do only arm exercises? I don't understand why I am not gaining on arm workouts...or size...
Here is my pic ,please help, I'm going on vacation next week I need bigger guns,thank you.
