If you are Natural, how you train is EVERYTHING.
if you natural you will never be big and lean like a bodybuidklder,, this will not happen,, but natural should train muscle like athlete who work muscle as a unite many time pwer week, not chest day,, back day,, etc,, instead work upper body many time per week, leg several time per week,,
for htis type of training,, home gym is good as it save alot of time,,,,, you do little but often,, 5-6 day per week, 30-45min session some time when inspired you go two time per day,, but not all out session every time or you will kill yourself,, very veyr important
