If you are Natural, how you train is EVERYTHING.

if you natural you will never be big and lean like a bodybuidklder,, this will not happen,, but  natural should train muscle like athlete who work muscle as a unite many time pwer week, not chest day,, back day,, etc,, instead work upper body many time per week, leg several time per week,,

for htis type of training,, home gym is good as it save alot of time,,,,, you do little but often,, 5-6 day per week, 30-45min session some time when inspired you go two time per day,, but not all out session every time or you will kill yourself,, very veyr important

I am somebody who would never train like that. what a stupid way to train! isnt getting stronger the point? your not going to get stronger training like that. you have to increase the weight each set and its good to do one light set of around 50-100 for your last set .You want to confuse your muscles keep them guessing thats how you get new growth. you will not get new growth lifting the same amount of weight for 5 sets. you shouldnt compete at all! or get a guru trainer. thats how middle school kids lift!

That's kinda what I'm doing at the moment, one day I do dips and chins and the next day I do squats.

And god is right, diet is more important for a natural than training is, and hard aerobic training, or even aerobic training for that matter IS NOT required to get shredded.

you just cant gain if your using the same weight for all 5 sets! stupid way to lift. most bodybuilders lift way heavier than that. if he doing 85's he should warmup with say 55-60's and do maybe 15-20 and then hit up the 85's for a few sets but he should at least go up 5-10pds each set and 2nd to last set do like 2 or 3 super heavy reps with say 120 wich isnt that heavy maybe it is to him I am not sure than last set should always be a burn set where he takes a light weight and does around 75- 100 slow good reps. then next workout just quite after doinf a really heavy set of just 1 or 2. your body wont get any growth if you do not keep it guessing. I dont believe in doing 5 sets with the same weight. he should be doing a wrmup set and also do a super heavy set and also for the last set go real light and do as many as he can. than next workout mix it up again. always keep the muscles guessing that's how you get real growth not by doing 5 sets with the same weight thats just a waste of a workout. How many people really workout like steve does? nobody I know every set they increase the weight. and every training session we do something diffrent to keep those muscles guessing. that training method along with your gear is how you get the best growth. heavy weight=thickness doing 50-100 rep sets gives that cutt striated look. mix them together and you gotta bodybuilder

Absolute horseshit. Stimulate muscle, grow from eating and hormones. You DO NOT need to lift extremely heavy to be a bodybuilder.

Hormonization changes a lot. Progressive tension overload is not nearly as important for a drug user as it is compared to a natural. If you want to get the most out of a certain amount of drugs then yes your training should be progressive but you can always increase the dosage. And the muscles are much more sensitive when you are hormonized so they grow much easier than for a natural. I have seen several huge guys lift relatively light weights and just go through the motions at the gym. They are very consistent but rarely do they have any kind of plan. They don't need it as long as they do some kind of training, hormonize and eat enough to sustain growth.

lol,, my pupils are more quiet in gymnasium ,, they are very serious ,, when they talk they talk about hormones because they know whats up ,,my pupils usualy train with caps on ,,they dont want eye contact with anyone,, my puppils would never let a pro lift more than them because my pupills have passion for what they do ...and they knwo to get to next level go through the hormones but also through the gymnasium

sure you can! but you have to do it right meaning alot of reps with light weight. and even if your lifting light you can do burn sets that will keep confuse your muscles and cause growth. but lifting the same amount of weight for 5 sets light or heavy is not how you gvet your muscles to grow sure if your using steroids lifting any weight will change how you look but you will look even better if you workout the way i am talking about. keep the muscles guessing

You seriously do not increase the weight when you lift? the whole point is to get stronger! You will not get stronger unless you mix things up. you always want to do a warmup set and then after that you want to raise the weight a considerable amount a weight you can do about 10-15 reps with and from there add about 20 pds each set. last set do a real heavy set of just 1 or 2. then acfter that its good to flush the blood to your traget muscle and do a set of 75-100 reps with a light weight. If you lift with the same amount of weight for 5 sets your wasting your time you will not get any stronger you might start looking better if your using gear but thats only because of the hormones. You can lift super light if you are using HGH and hormones but doing the same weight for 5 sets is just stupid!keep doing it others will be laughing at you while you watch them throw around 150pd dumbells and benching 405-500pds.

::) Sounds like you are reading from some stupid beginners bodybuilding book. Bodybuilding = the amount of hormones in your system. Train to stimulate that. Simple as that. Any type of training program will work. HIT works, Volume works, GVT works.
Natural training is different.

You telling Steve Namat how to  train is laughable.
