I`ve done several contests with Ron,and he`s not a bad guy at all........plus he has a good build depending on his condition at any given contest.
He makes a good living as a writer and loves the sport of bodybuilding........henc e he trains and competes.
I hate the way he trains but that`s his business! 
As far as drugs go,he has admitted using tons in the past for many years, but not long ago says he has ceased all drugs and competes naturally.
I don`t know or care if it`s true personally.
Flame me if you want to but I`m not a sheep who jumps on the bandwagon as many of you don`t even know the fucking guy.
Not trying to go against the grain here,but he`d beat a lot of the guys hating on him in this thread quite handily in his best shape.

thats not true,, he would lose to many in the thunderodme in competition because he was never meant to do bodybuild,, just take a look at his structure,, it is horrid,, but aside from this...

he is still on many hormones,, he advanced in his own mind because he started hgh and trenbolona and find the right combo for him ,, he lack a lot in structure that is why he cant compete in npc aside from the fake natural balonie he want to claim ,,

as i recomended to him before,, he is jew,, he has jew mother if you have jew mother you are ALWAYS JEW,, he should go to the closest senigog and put contributition ,, talk to rabi david or shmuel or whomever the rabi of that specific senigog ,, tell him he want to be a better man ,, and sit there for a while listen to the old jew talk because they are very smart,, his people are very smart the creme of the crop ,, they would bring him to humility and will explain him that the way of lie is not the way of dignity,,
