I dont have any personal issues with Ron, I just hate when people enter drug tested or natural shows when they are dirty.Its cheating, its the lowest form of cheating there is.Anybody who is on gear and beat a natural athlete, on any given day.Its a very unfair advantage.I dont know how these so called natural stars who do use gear, look themselves in the mirror everday.Its pathetic.

Sorry Howard but your insulting our intelligence here! Most of us are experienced bodybuildes who have been around the block a few times! We are all grown men and if we want to follow anyone's advise thats up to us! You really havent shown us anything constructive as to why Gh-15 is not giving out sound advise on how bodybuilding works in the real world! Just starting this post with nothing to back it up just seems pointless and makes you look a little bit silly to be honest! 

1. I never said don't listen to anything GH15 posts. In fact, I was pretty clear that you may consider his advice if you want to max out via the drugged route of bodybuilding.

2. Guys that want to go pro or get as massive by any means possible should listen to the advice of experienced drug gurus, no question .

3. My whole issue is  drugs are NOT a requirement to be a decent, regional bodybuilder.
For example I am a tad over 5'9" at 5' 9.5 inches tall and weighed a lean 175 lbs in 10th grade!
I was barely 16 and didn't lift wts or even know a thing about bodybuilding. I played football and ran track.
When I got to college I finally lifted . I trained for just over year and did my first show in 1978. I was  super lean around 182 lbs and barely knew what steroids even were. Today I couldn't be 170 lbs unless I cut off limbs or straved myself to death.
I have seem a number of NATURAL 5'5"- 5'7" middle wts look super ripped in the 170's lbs and 5'9" - 5'11" Lt hvys in the 190's ripped.

GH15 claims a lean 6% natty at 5'11" can't be over 170 lbs. That is absurd!
Think about all the football players and wrestlers that don't juice but could be around 6-7% and would weigh well over 170 lbs without any trouble. I'm just an avg bodybuilder and I exceeded his so called naurtal limits when I was a teenager and barely lifted.

Team Universe is a National show, which you can earn a pro card.
To do a National show you have to qualify!!!!!!
Ron Harris won the 2009 NPC Colonial Cup which was a Natural show.
He then did Team Universe, which is supposed to be another Natural show..
I know alot of competiors cheat in the TU but they shouldnt.They are liars and cheats.
Now I dont hate GH-15, I was busting his balls saying he wasnt a pro,MAYBE HE IS MAYBE HE ISNT ? but that was 3-4 years ago.I really dont care wether he hates me or likes me.I am totally neutral about the situation.

when you go off from drugs you can not be on stage 200 anything in low singles anything anymore! you lose it and lose it fast,, you can be 170lb 6% ....175 lb 6% clean  and in his heigth dount it ,, he would be clean 168lb 6% on stage,,and look like mini me of his enhanced mini mi self
