This point is especially important. I admit that I was a FUCKING idiot and spent dozens of thousands on supplements. I was a buck thirty spending hundreds of dollars a month on chicken breast for fuck sakes. When you have guys like Nortrom with his PhD telling you that you need to eat every two hours and slam tons of amino acid shakes, wouldn't it be stupid not to take his advice? After all, a natural bodybuilder with an education and a physique like that being plugged in the magazines, on websites and at expos.

Unfortunately, it's a collusion. The industry is there to take advantage of suckers like me. I was all too desperate to get big, and now I've spent a 1/10th of that on some gear and look light years ahead of anything I could attain naturally. If only I knew these advices earlier, I would have spent those thousands of dollaroos on GH and would have been 20lbs heavier.

All is not lost though. We live and learn. I learned an expensive lesson and never give poor advices to beginners. I give them the straight facts and let them know what they can attain natural, and advise them if their aim is anything higher they'll need to start looking at juicing. It's better to give to them straight so they can put in the hard time and work as a natural and see how far they want to take it. No need to take the poor saps money and let them waste thousands of hours in the gym and in the kitchen.
