There are some good guys on that board, plenty more good guys got banned because they spoke the truth or outed the scams there.

Bigchef is a complete dick, he abuses his mod position and threatens members with the ''ban'' all the time, im not surprised when i read here that he is a 5'6 300+ lb sack of shit 4iu per day gym warrior

What i hate about that site is the lies, Danta the filth telling people a top pro only uses 400mg Test and a few IU of GH per day in the off season, then swallowing a few anavar tabs prior to a guest posing

Then there are the twinks who think everything is genetics and pro's only use a few mg of this and that and that they eat 10 times per day etc etc

this despite BigA posting a thread telling everyone the truth about what you need to take to be a pro.

I acutally like promuscle and think if you cleaned house bigA. It would do more money like all good things the dc and true protein era has come to an end. People want the truth whether if it comes from gh15 or you or who ever not some guy telling them he got to 300lbs taking 100mg of test mon wed fri. The truth gh15 gets a lot of credit and is an entertain fellow but it was coming before him. Even on this crazy site not very many of us read these posts and go out and shoot up 5grams of juice and 20ius of gh the ones that do would have did so anyways.
