i read in flex that a company (forgot the name) is coming out with a fish protein powder. supposedly it will be like whey..fast acting with no fish taste at all. the positive is the price, alot cheaper than whey. i know i will try it. any thoughts?

Supplements can never be as good as "real food".  Supps should just enhance an already great diet and not replace real food.  

Where in the fuck did I say that I was replacing dinners with supplements?

Food is the only thing anyone needs, dieting or not, that was what I typed down  . I never saw any difference wether using supplements or not. Eating + supplements or eating + NO supplements, I did not see one bit of a difference.
