fat loves to talk about how they dont eat meals or only eat salads etc...these same women are the ones that secretly eat...
like hitting the drivethru on the way to and from work...candy in the closet...graizing all day at work with all the other fat beasts

she is 70kg but i think with exercise she can be 65kg? she started jogging for a while and visibly looked leaner then she quit because of unknown reasons ("because it's cold" winter...or she also said "i'm not that young anymore" lol30)


still confused what works better for getting lean, cardio or resistance? i guess cardio because women dont have the intensity for proper resistance training

we're not in americana but she eats those traditional african foods a lot like yams, fried plantains, stew with all kinds of organ meat etc etc i think they must be LOADED with calories

She needs a combination of both resistance weight training and cardio.  Building muscle burns more calories than doing cardio, so weights is definitely the way to go if she wants to stay lean long term and keep obesity away.  Also as you know resistance weight training sculpts the body, so by building the shoulders it will make the hips appear to be smaller....keep her in proportion.  Plus weights for legs especially the hamstrings and glutes which is where a woman tends to store bodyfat, keeps cellilute as minimal as possible.  The more muscle she has in this area, the better the chance she has of  not storing fat there.  Also doing weights will regulate the hormones so that her GH levels are good which is responsible for less storage of bodyfat and of course testosterone.  It helps to regulate the hormone estrogen...its good to have this hormone but too much means that a woman gains fat too easily  So your girl should focus on sculpting her body with resistance weights 4 times per week and do cardio on the other days.  She will have to train really hard, mostly free weights and compound exercises such as squats, lunges (walking lunges are awesome) stiff legged deadlifts, calf raises, situps, crunches, presses for the chest...either barbell or dumbells, rowes for the back....no machines try to do barbell or one armed dumbell rowes, shoulder presses with dumbells, lateral raises (to build that nice cap and give width which balances off wide hips) bicep curls with barbell (does forearms as well) and tricep pressdowns.  Diet should be clean, but she can splurge occasionally as long as for the most part she is eating good quality foods which will build and support the training/sculpting she is doing.  If she makes exercise and good eating a lifestyle then there is no reason why she should be fat even if she hasn't got the best genetics and is prediposed to being on the chubby side.

her mental state feel better...just like drinking to drown problems

being in shape yourself and giving comments when they eat right and exercise works best...

not like this works for everyone, but having over 1000 female clients, i have seen this pattern with their mentality

I try to make her follow "a calorie is a calorie" diet...she can eat whatever, just in small quantities throuout the day. It works

And yeah, some people are genetically programmed to store more fat and quicker than others, especially if they dont move enough daily. Move, it burns calories, as simple as that. Brain use a lot of quick acting sugars while body and muscles use slow acting carbs.


On a side note. if there s ever a global cataclysm, wether it's economical or natural or both in the next months or years, with more fat she has increased odds of survival.
