After competing, I literally have an unlimited appetite and can easily eat a meal with 200g carbs and 50g protein every hour or two if I wanted. In a few days, even passing up cookies and burgers etc I put on 20 lbs and could put on another 20 in a couple weeks if I ate unbridled.
What type of compounds, training (obv lighter because of fatigue, or for some no training) and eating is recommended? I need to put on an additional 10-15 lbs mass but staying lean is the goal.
Currently on 12iu novotropin, 250 sust EOD, 125 NPP EOD and 50 mast EOD. That was my semi cruise lolol (bb's never come off). Thanks.
