After competing, I literally have an unlimited appetite and can easily eat a meal with 200g carbs and 50g protein every hour or two if I wanted. In a few days, even passing up cookies and burgers etc I put on 20 lbs and could put on another 20 in a couple weeks if I ate unbridled.

What type of compounds, training (obv lighter because of fatigue, or for some no training) and eating is recommended? I need to put on an additional 10-15 lbs mass but staying lean is the goal.

Currently on 12iu novotropin, 250 sust EOD, 125 NPP EOD and 50 mast EOD. That was my semi cruise lolol (bb's never come off). Thanks.

GH15 doesn't recommend tren for bulking up.

5lb,,solid 5. its a strength drug we use mainly for cutting,,defenitely not recommended by me for bulking. infact it will SLOW your gains during bulking.

i dont have any reason to not like tren,,,it is a good drug but you gotta know when to use it and for what.
ive tried any tren on the market because i own the fuckin poweders and it IS NOT a bulking drug and never will be.

tren+gh will make a nice cutter.

He's never been that simple. I want to know if diuretics are employed during the rebound to combat water bloat.

I used plenty of tren to prep, need a month or 2 break from it, as much as I would love to use it year round I don't think that's wise.

All kinds of foods, mostly homemade good food, in large quantities.

The result was about 20kilos weight and the same leaness.

Dont be afraid to eat alot...maybe keep in the fatburners or some t3 in there.

Just be careful on your water intake.  A lot of guys make the mistake of drinking too much.  Even worse, some idiots pop a diuretic and that just starts the rebound all over again!  Sip water, go easy on the junk and sodium.  After my last show I was swollen from my feet to my hips... not fun.  Took like 3 weeks to actually go back to normal.

i gained 43 lbs in 10 days after a contest one time.  204 lbs to 247. prior to dieting for the show my lifetime heaviest at the time was 241.

ive put stupid amounts of weight on in a few days.... was ripped to shreds and swollen from head to knees....my ankles on the other hand looked like an elephants!

went from 16.3 st to 19st in 2 to 3 days........

i kept the big full with condition for about 3 weeks before i started getting fat,,, i just couldnt stop eating rubbish!!!!!

I had a couple pints of pedialyte, a small Gatorade and 16 oz diet coke. The next day prob 4 quarts fluid then the last couple days maybe 5 quarts. Never got swollen but did get the weird watery texture skin that looks smooth even though I'm obviously still lean.

I like to plan my growth after dieting down hardcore as well, but don't do anything too ridiculous and put on too much weight. I don't normally pay much attention to the cardiovascular warnings with AAS, but what some guys do is pretty dangerous. I've seen some pieces of shit put on 30-40lbs post contest for whatever ridiculous reason.

They're usually permabulkers who somehow got convinced to do a show though, otherwise they'd keep getting fatter and fatter and think that they're just swole. Definitely a good time to grow though. I always shred down and plan my growth phases then. It is easier on the mind and with life in general.

good point. I know gh15 says you cant get fat on gh, but lee priest etc lots of pros fat in the offseason are they not on legit gh?

Oh man, the thought of more tren right now makes me scared. I was on 200mg/day at the end and I'm just a wittle guy!

Also, I'm about as strong as my grandma. She might be stronger and she has a colostomy bag.

I'm not gonna switch back to test prop, I'll stick w sust, but I guess I could handle 100mg tren/ day for a couple more weeks...
