What's wrong with training your coordination skills? Your "athletes" are gonna lack them.

The day they bring a ball onto a football or baseball field and have them squat on it as a circus trick I'll train them for that. In the mean time I'll just train them for their game. Our football team is currently 8-1 getting ready for league playoffs and will more than likely take the division. Why is this important? They made through the season with NO injuries, no hamstring, no hip, no CL's, no ankle injuries. Some injuries from taking hits but that's it.
