diet is simple no one needs a 'special' hand written food chart

lots of meat constantly, low glycemic index carbs

right after a workout high glycemic index carbs

bullshit

eat when hungry, eat till full, meat at every meal, calories dependant on goal (substitute vegetables for starches when dieting). eat junk food on a daily basis.

lol junkfood? it depends on what your idea of junk is. you arent going to gain muscle on high fructose corn syrup and/or carbs.

that is of course if your body magically can manufacture nitrogen out of  nothing? can you? did you learn the secret of alchemy? can you violate the laws of physics?

the answer is no you cant, to grow muscle you must have protein, which by definition contains amine groups. all the calories in thew world from shit and you will get fat not muscle

I will let the fructose corn syrup, but you should rephrase the carbs part.

carbs of course are a necessary part of nutrition, but for pure muscle building you must have protein

simple logic chain:

muscle cannot be formed without protein
protein by definition contains amine groups
amine groups by definition have nitrogen
carbs do NOT have nitrogen they are made from carbon hydrogen and oxygen
matter cannot be created or destroyed (other than by nuclear fission/fusion or matter/antimatter annihilation)
so it is impossible to 'make' nitrogen in your body
therefore muscle cannot be made from carbs

remember trying to make other elements chiefly gold is what alchemy was all about LOL

now carbs can be used for fuel thus sparing muscle tissue, carbs also are stored in muscle as glycogen which makes them full. - but these things are not  creating new muscle tissue

the point of all this is in response to tshits statement of eating junk food - usually junk food is protein deficient thus my explanation

note: high post count does not alter the fundamental laws of physics
