What he knows is not exactly that much of a big deal. It's all in his delivery and his gimmick. His style of writing, etc. He just gives out some stupid info about using high doses of known anabolic substances. This information is all over the internet. Only reason his gimmick blew up was his unhealthy persistence in claiming to be this huge insider in the pro circuit. It was new, fresh and original. Gimmick from day 1, and not a shred of evidence that he was who he said he was. the problem arose when he started to believe in his own bullshit that he really is a "god" and that he has some top secret information, simply because everyone plays along and sarcastically calls him "god".

Make no mistake, we all want him around because he is entertaining as shit, but sometimes he allows his mind to wander too far. Because now he is posting ridiculous lies all over Get Big and doesn't realize he has crossed the line from what is believable and entertaining, and now is just undermining the "status" on the forum that he spent years trying to build.

I often hear you refer to narcotics and have read it several times in the bible, but what about Marijuana?  Can you please commenet on Marijuana use and bodybuilding?  I RARELY drink and never use pain killers or heavy party drug BS, but I do smoke marijuana once-twice a week and I want to know how detrimental this is to my bodybuilding career.  I have talked to some high level guys who say they smoke because it helps them get an extra meal in.  I'd really like to hear your thoughts on this.

however i am bothered about having kids one day.

GH15, I like your style bro.  I just read your post about the dealer who left one of your elfs in a pool of blood on the floor and what was done to this dealer later on.  I believe in justice served by hand.  The law in this country doesn't serve justice, the judicial system is sold to the top bidder so justice needs to be in your own hands and served in a fair and righteous manner.

Btw, my belief is that a teacher needs to be respected not disrespected.  You are here as the best resource on this board because every single post that you put on this board contains knowledge that is true and worth it's weight in gold.

ok gh i found a good source few days after i sent you the message about the source, and im currently on tren ace test masteron, so far so good, i started at 9% or maybe % and on weight scale I didnt jumped a lot, test dose is low, tren is 75mg eod, masteron 50 eod... im getting leaner and leaner veins on shoulders and other places that i didnt had them ever really im standing in front of the mirror every time i get that chance and cant believe the fast changes that ocurred. What happened is im definetly bigger, but not much change on weight scale, which is good...,im losing bf and adding lean mass steadily at the same time exactly like you said it would be using these 3 compounds...
So im almost a month into these three compounds and im wondering when i get down to that 6% which would probably take another month and a half of usage probably, will adding equipoise while still running tren test mast be a good choise for more LEAN MASS without killing the separations and the conditioning ? Should i add equipoise or nandrolone, what's better ? because im 19 i dont plan on cycing HGH for now... i want to see how far i can get by only using basic gear...
What do you recomend after getting at that 6% using tren test masteron for more lean mass without bloating with water ?
i understand if you dont answer because i cant imagine how many pms u get in a day,

I'm 35y old bodybuilder been bodybuilding since early 90's natural until 2 years ago or so when I said to myself let me try it for good did few cycles first was sus 500mg/dec 200mg week all pharma grade went super strong and big and couldn't believe it it's me I was kind of bloated and gained some fat but didn't look bad. I then this year did a cycle of Tren A 300mg a week for the first time with 500mg Sus and hgh, for like 6 or so weeks and I cant tell you how ripped I was and vaculatiry was insnae.. Now I'm running 500mg sus and 600mg of Tren A a week and hgh I'm on week 6 my caliper showing 10٪ bf, And I'm wondering am I hurting my kidneys ? A lot told me it will hurt my kidneys and you know I'm on Tren and my mind and paranoia is killing me. Even Writing this i feel im having pains On my back from  anxiety and I know I  always had back pains due to an old herniated disk my bp  pressure is normal I never had pissing color issues and night sweats never happens maybe once or twice just around my neck and so little and I'm asking because I'm the only son to my old parents and i love bodybuilding but I also do take care of them and I don't want something to happen to me because i was abusing and since they really relay on me on everything.and I just inj 200mg of Tren A and an amp of sust. And just feeling down looking at my family thinking. If you not going to answer me because u busy then I thank you for reading.

Hey gh15, I lurk here often and have to say a lot of your observations strike me as spot on.  

I was 5'8," 140 lbs, thin/athletic (naturally 12.5%-13.5% bf) when I graduated high school in '92; I could do 30 pushups, 3 pullups, crunches all day and run like a deer (I could run a 12-sec 100m and a 5 1/2 min. mile drunk.)  Typical thin, athletic kid.  

I started lifting weights a year later, gaining 5 lbs every year until my body topped out at 170 lbs at age 25.  I've often wondered if this was my body's muscular ceiling or age-related natural growth ceiling.  Anyway...  Unless I got a gallon of water and 5 quality meals in a day, I never gained any more solid weight.  When I did commit to 5 meals for 1/2 a year or so at age 28, I got up to a whopping . . . 178lbs.  Bodyfat/look always same too -- 12.5-13.5%.  (I never dieted . . . until...)

At age 30, I began competing.  I was (measured with calipers) 12.9% bodyfat pre-diet.  9 weeks later (1 week out), I was 6.9%.  (That was only time I ever measured my bodyfat.)  

I am 37 now, last year was 180-187 at 14+% bodyfat for a while until of course I slipped back down to low 170's and my usual 13% bodyfat, which I am now.  In 7 shows (men's open div. lightweight only, never went for novice), I have come in 2nd twice (2nd out of 3 and 2nd out of 4), 3rd twice (3rd out of 5 and 3rd out of 3), 4th once (out of 5), 8th once (out of 9) and 9th once (out of 10.)  (8th and 9th finishes I missed weight and was put in middleweight class.)  

I look a little better sometimes, less good other times, but always around the same.

I believe I am spot on to what you say is the natural limit for a "fella" my size/shape (5'8," thin/athletic).

If you have email I can attach some pics that you may use to illustrate what a true natural looks like.  I look good to be sure, but you can see, there is no drug hardness, dryness, and I am lacking 'complete' fullness, as well as next level conditioning.      

To date, I have never used AAS/gear, HGH, diuretics, insulin or synthol.  (Obviously, once you see pics, haha...)  I tried Andro in the late '90's, thought it was bunk, never used any pro-hormones again, tried creatine, found it to be bunk, dug tribulus first few times I used it, then it tapered off and never worked again, but I have always enjoyed caffeine + ephedra, on or off diet.  I drink coffee all day too.  Along with a high potency multi-vitamin and swapping caff + ephedra pills for pre-workout supps for about 5 yrs when I couldn't find caff + ephedra pills, I have never used any other drugs/supps, so aside from ephedra, I pretty much qualify for "natural fella" I think  

Anyway, I think my physique defends your limit claims quite convincingly, and illustrates what one can/cannot develop naturally.
