As always, you are looking great. Can I be 46 again? Well not unless someone invents a reverse time machine. LOL! Never-the-less you are still a huge inspiration to those of us who want to be as fit as we can be regardless of how old we are. You remain my idol, (no homo).

good shape....and still not looking like 46.....(thatīs the midsection of a 25 year old man ;)).

Bodybuilding/esp. "Natural Bodybuilding" is the best way to look and feel younger than the numbers in our passports.

the main reason for this fact is to be consistent (year after year) + determination,....if you like/love this sport everything else
will come (knowledge about training, nutrition, motivation,....)

i started my weightlifting training 36 year + 2 months ago... at the age of 16 1/2 years. Longest time of "no train" was about 3 weeks....(and only after a bigger surgery in hospital....).

keep pumping and stay motivated....hope we old Nattys can write with the same inspiration in 10 or even 20 years..... ;)

Charly/Germany (act. photos 2 days ago with 112,5 kg/248-249 lbs, height 190 cm, 6 "2,5" ?)

Do you ever wonder where the years went? One day you're twenty something and the next you find yourself pushing fifty. In my case it heading towards  eighty. I don't know about you, but I feel a lot younger and I credit it to a lifetime dedicated to being fit.

Great chest and legs. Inspiring!

Do you think your height has helped you to maintain a thicker look at your age?

longtime poster and new to this section,,,

When you look in the mirror.... you see a bigger person.... but once you hold the phone up and look at yourself in the mirror, you notice that you shrunk a little bit when you look at the frame before you take a picture...Picture comes out underwhelming

yeah being shorter i guess 5'7 i can stay at 180/185 as lean as possible and be happy...bulking up smooth is a waste now did that in my 20's /30's,,i feel great now with my look..

Any joint issues? What was your worst injury over your lifting career?
