Great back photos. They really display the quality of your physique. It is also good to see something different from your standard front pose.

I thought you said that you carry fat on your back. I'm not seeing that in these photos.

Leg size seems to be holding up @ your age. Have you noticed any changes in your strength level and size?

great points nether i keep a keen eye on changes i see or ways to train around or even to maximize any boredom or 'just getting by'i don't fall into those easy ,i try to stay motivated in either strenght or pushing by super or tri sets at times ,age means something of course but i still approach it as i'm still into the 'routine'hard training forget 'age'

here was my leg workout today

leg press started i warmed up few plates a side there was a 25 on each side there already so i started throwing 45's over them my work sets were 5 plates and 25 per side,6 plates and 25 per side,7 and then i added a 25 on ;last set so total 16 plates were on the sled ,i repped 12/10/10/10/8

i then close foot squatted 225/275/315/315 12/10/10/10 ,,on a heavy day i hit 405x8

extensions sets 12 always 205/220/235/250

i will lunge usually as well ,,nit this workout

hams
i did stiff legged dead lifts 135/185/225/235
single leg curls standing 80/90/100

calves
leg press 'raisesx5..heavy low reps usually 10
standing calf raises x3x12

so legs have not lost at all i was doing similar or same weight in 20/30's..legs are biggest now...and i had good legs then pretty wild...

Being realistic about the limits of one's genetic possibilities isn't settling in my book. If someone was 5' 5'' as an adult, it would be unrealistic to believe they could grow to be 6' 2".  The important thing is to be the best you can be whatever your genetic predisposition.

And you are right. People who think this way, limit their possibilities. It was kind of an epiphany for me once I came to terms with the fact that no matter how much I wanted it, I was never going to be really big, no matter how smart and hard I worked out and no matter how much I ate. This wake up call took me most of my adult life. Once I decided to work with what I had, my workouts became more consistent and productive.

my shoulder for those who followed last oct through now has healed nicely,i'm back to just about full strenght on press movements or close and along this few months have changed some things with rom and different lockouts that i have slacked on,i feel like i gotten more in tuned again with my bodyparts instead of trying to out muscle the muscle so to speak.i came off last summer into early fall lighter than usual i was a very lean 175 but felt small which is normal in 'clothes 'i felt great tho but again those who remember i had a health scare from mid august through october and still had followup in jan which everything worked out thank god, then the shoulder hit too so i wanted to bulk up a bit stay tight but a little filled out than last few yrs ,the injury came so even though i trained lighter on certain things i still was able to train pretty hard and i was eating more as well.i also for the 1st time 'ever'started treadmill light sessions 2-3 times week and still doing it,i feel cardio helps as well with the total process, nothing crazy or long just get blood going,i was very much anti cardio due to thinking what waste of time and 'muscle'lol,,said fuk it and i like it tbh...my weight is 190 lbs at the moment and considered to climb to 200 but i think at that weight i will look too bloated at 5'7 i was always anti perma bulker,,i think lean works for me.....took this pic 2 day no pump like most of my pics..

Definitely still looks tight condition wise. Considering what you went through over the last 6-8 months, maintaining size everywhere and staying in shape would be a miracle to most

Maybe a minor setback but at least you didn't regress
