I'll definitely keep that in mind. I don't train forearms at all, but I also only use wraps on back day because they help me feel a better squeeze in my lats. All the bare handed gripping of free weights could be the culprit of making my forearms grow. Maybe I'll have to switch to using some more machines for better isolation
