Well, to be fair, the strongest bech specialists are repping six-plate presses, but only the VERY strongest. And most of these are bench specialists. Maybe a handful of dudes, really. It's an incredible feat.

Well I doubt those vids were shot to prove anything. Dude's just doing his job, sometimes he's training heavy and precontest, well you've seen plenty of those vids. It's just retarded people always post the pre contest vids and then say he's not strong or needs to start lifting heavy.
