MY MR OLYMPIA STACK
never before have i detailed my personal drug regime during the years i was mr. olympia. I've seen various stacks attributed to me and can asure you they are all bull**** made up my someone else. So here in MD for the first time i will tell you exactly what and how much i used let me stress this is not a recommendation. this would be the course i followed circa 1993 in the final 12 weeks before the MR.O contest

WEEKLY
TEST PROPIONATE 300mg
PARABOLAN (TRENBOLONE) 152mg
PRIMOBOLAN 500mg

DAILY
ANAVAR 50mg
GROWTH HORMONE 8IU
I typically also did three 8 wk cycles in the off season and those would be made up of basics like deca and d.bol. i would do 4 wks at peak dosage then taper down over the next 4 wks before taking 4 wks off and repeating here is the typical 4 wk peak off season cycle

TESTOSTERONE 750mg
DECA 500mg

DAILY
D.BOL 50mg
