This post is why I generally tune out anyone using a degree as a claim for validity. Just talk to anyone studying environmental science there are ways to do it.

I.E. a polluter pays fee directly proportional to their area's population. Just as a car insurance rate is directly in proportion to the number of car accidents versus drives in a specific area.

first of all, I didnt cite my degree is a claim for validity; I mentioned it when "howardroark" ( ::)) told me to "learn some fucking economics." Second, there's something seriously wrong with you if you think that a company producing levels of pollution that might seriously harm you and your family is excusable so long as they pay a "fee" afterwards. Even if your own family isnt at risk, supporting this sort of policy borders on sociopathy.

Gentlemen,

If you agree with this mans message and you are American and able to vote. It is your duty not only to vote for this man but to spread the message.  These are very dangerous times and our freedom and the well being of the U.S.A. is at stake.

So this is typically what happens when I oppose other peoples views and post someone with a credible....yes, credible reputation........I get name calling but no one wants to dispute what he says. He may be loud but he's right!

Mark Levin has a reputation. I don't know if I'd call it credible. He speaks as if he's the sole arbiter of truth, but that doesn't necessarily make it so. Not to mention that the guy's theatrics, shrill voice and ad-hominem attacks on anyone who disagrees with him detract from any legitimate points he has to make.

The fact is that Ron Paul - agree or disagree with him - is the most Conservative (going by the traditional definition of the word), the most consistent and the most principled candidate currently in the race.

And all in all, I find it extremely amusing that you would think that liberals are behind and support him. Ron Paul's ideals and beliefs are diametrically opposed to liberal ideals, especially in the economic front.

It's a pity Paul isn't 20-25 years younger.

The ideas are secondary, in the sense that you need someone principled who really believes them and will consistently follow them. What good will it be to get someone who copies all the Ron Paul rhetoric elected, if he doesn't believe in, and won't fight for, those ideas?

The sad fact is that most politicians are, by nature flip-floppers, with no opinions and beliefs of their own. Just focus-group tested sound bites on the issue that topped the opinion polls the previous week.

Alright I'll give you that.

The second part is relative. Obviously people shouldn't be payed off just to get cancer. But I think if a company is gonna risk possible harm to you, your entitled to some sort of danger pay. You say this is sociopathy, but many companies risk the lives of people every single day. Just goto a rehab clinic, subtract those retards that can't drive, and you'll have tons of people that get fucked on the job. Be it carpal tunnel, bad knees, back etcera.

This is why everyone should vote for Paul:

He's too old, too idealistic to be a leader. What there needs to be is a libertarian party to replace the corrupt republicans, and a socialist party for obama's "people".

We need more than two politically parties. American is suppose to be free, but having two parties that essentially function as a monopolized unit is a fucking crime. Be you left wing or right wing, it's clear that the political system is a mess.

People keep claiming how president x won't change things, and that's because they only ever keep the corptocracy in power.

Americans view socialism as communism, and view corptocracy as democracy

principled, yes. but so was hitler.

libertarians are great as long as they have common sense. ron paul doesnt.

the free market does not regulate itself anywhere near efficiently enough or expediently enough to be left to its own devices. regulations and regulators are necessary. the epa is necessary, the federal reserve is necessary, minimum wage is necessary. without them pollution would be rampant, the financial system would be destructively unstable and unreliable, and workers would be taken advantage of by employers. simply because they can, and because doing so would increase profits.

the free market doesnt produce benevolent service industries. fire protection, health care, education, postal service, roads, infrastructure.. it is necessary that the government provides these. without this private industry would fill these roles in a way that costs more, provides less, and is discriminatory. simply because they can, and because doing so would increase profits.

ron paul doesnt understand this. ron paul doesnt understand that common sense always outweighs political principle.

No they wont.   They like his position on drugs and war, but when it comes to everything else they freak out.

Progressives are still sucking cock for obama, dont kid yourself.

Me - I am paul all the way.   He is the only one up there close to my views.

You should just stick with being associated with the term "Moron" since that is most fitting for you.
