Everyone should look hard at the gym pics, not the bodybuilder but the inside the old gym pics. This is the type of equipment that help create thick and powerful looking physiques. None of the fancy bullshit you see today that makes training easy. You see a lat pull down, seated row, a calf machine an old school leg extension and leg presses back then were 90 degree leg presses.
This is one of the best threads on here to date regarding bodybuilding. I guaranty very few pros of today would be able to handle the training back then. As as matter of fact because of the equipment used today (more machines than actual free weight) they would easily injure themselves.
