When you get a chance could you list the diet and training you used to build then get into this shape - dont worry about drug questions they wont be asked from me I pretty much know the prefered compounds used back then  ;D but more the type of volume used along with the diet "offseason" and then leading into a show - thanks Joesef  :)

This is the kind of stuff that made me excited about bodybuilding and got me training in the first place! Physiques like Serge's and Rick Wayne's were very inspiring for me.

I met Manny Perry several times, very nice, down to earth guy. And very large for his height!

WTF happened, I'm so underwhelmed now... :(

You asked me about training with Rory, Aranita and the crew. I didn't actually train with Rory as I did with Danny, B. Grant, Samir, Mike and Ray. I'd meet Rory at Gold's once a month, he'd look at my training logs, eating etc and then design my next routine. I did meet Jon, Bob Paris, Matt? (Bob's partner). I may have met Joe (Coach) at the time but can't say for sure. I was also working at a Night Club in Whittier at the time right around the corner from Uptown Gym where Rory trained much of the time. Man I loved those small, dungeon type, old school gyms. That's what Barlow's and Muscle Mill (both in Torrance) were like. I never trained at Astro Gym (where Coach trained) but it was on the way to Dr. Kerr's office... err oops... of course that was just a rumor I heard... yeah that's it... a rumor.
