WES, What causes those frog, etc. images to appear? I never seem to have that problem.

Anyone in contact with Gary Leonard? Old friend years ago before the internet, lost contact. Last time in contact .... he had just returned from three days wandering through a forest trying to find civilization.

I just finished reading an article on a RON TEUFEL website that was somewhat critical and very interesting about competitive BB back when he was a main contender. Google RON TEUFEL.

I was backstage the year he lost to Tony Pearson and he was very upset and critical while talking to a TV camera crew. Has anyone ever seen that interview?

Stunt,I guess Image Shack does that so people won`t steal their bandwidth.

Ron Tueful was pissed when Pearson won is an understatement....I bet Crownshep has the pics from Iron Age.

It was Tueful-Short,Manuel Perry-Tall,and Tony -Medium and overall if I recall correctly.

Whats interesting again Tim,is the fine line between who makes it and who doesn`t,because Ron beat Platz in the short class but was so dissapointed he didn`t bother trying out for the team for the World champs and with a different set of judges Platz beats Pearson and wins the world champs and goes on to be a legend of the sport.Then the next year Ron wins his class again at the america but gets beat at the World champs by Samir Bannout who goes on to be a Mr Olympia.

That picture above at Manny Perry (I think) looking over at Persons legs is precious. Person was always able to get in phenomenal shape with an amazing small waist but could never get his calves up to par. I applaud him for making the most out of what he had.

Joe, Olympus Gym? Jeez I used to pass that place and always thought it was just a Spa type of place. I didn’t know it was a place that had serious guys in it.

I have copies of both that Health and Strength magazine with Kuzo Sudo in it and that Muscle Digest with Steve Romanelli.

wes,stunt,hazbin,,great stuff here and max rep 2,,what really stands out to me is the quality of physiques these guys possess,, and some have very good legs just not out of proportion balloons like today,and i have not seen any negative comments about any old school pic like a thread on current bbers who 'are huge but bloated waist,gross gut,syntholed to death,mushy shape,marshmellow build.all these guys had great,crisp,detailed lines and dieted rippped but not dried out and then smoothed over next day.
