Max rep

Bump for grimkos cycle

He loved Primabolin Acetate and Anavar. He quoted HUGE dosages a day to the point that it would be 4 times what heavy using pros do in a week. I don't think it was true because Pete liked to shock people. He could not have injected that much and orals would have completely shut down his liver. No doubt his dosages where high but who knows what to believe.

and keep moving!

the one thing he told me that i will say, is - that going off is the biggest mistake bodybuilders make. he says your organs learn how to deal with escalating doses, and when you go off they lose their tolerance. then guys try to shock their system with higher than ever doses. very toxic.

i thought about it, and every street drug addict that i know that died, (many), od'd after going to a treatment center. they would clean out for a number of weeks, then go straight back to the amount of drug they were previously used to. their systems would no longer be able to handle the amount that they had used pre-detox, and they die.

Thanks maxrep,
from what I've heard he was a "showman" and big personality, so I suppose shocking with massive doses, while all the other guys downplayed the importance of drugs, was his thing..

Haz,
that does make sense, the going off, and adaptation in tolerance, did he mention similar usage to you, as he did to max rep, what did you make of it?

In the shot below Ahmet Enunlu, the line up,can you spot the future mr Olympia winner.?
And something happened to Vince Commerford on the tour in England in 1990 that may have ended his career in the IFBB.So i was told.

I didn`t even recognize Samir, but saw Birdsong and the second guy from the left, but I can`t remember his name.  :(

Yup,that pic is probably circa 1970-72 or less.

Incredible arm development, abs, and off the hook vascularity, the likes of which were unseen at the time.

That was back when bodybuilders actually trained. Training during that time they could actually crossover to athletics. Lots of free weight and few machines created powerful physiques.
