I never really realised how important triceps are in arm aesthetics until I saw Roland. Makes me scared of getting old.  :-\

Most people don't.  When people start training, everyone wants big arms, but what they are really thinking about is a big bicep.  In time, you learn that good arms size and aesthetic has more to do with tricep than bicep. For arm mass, tricep is where it's at.  ;)

Scary how the arms just go..I mean fucking disappear. Massive traps, huge legs but the arms go on the lam. Maybe Basile is on to something in just training arms  ???

Triceps = 2/3 of the upper arm mass.
