But whether or not walking burns enough fat to make a difference - it clearly doesn't, especially when considering the fact that running burns much less calories (once you subtract for BMR) than most people will have you believe. If it did then you might as well call me a cardio maniac, just because I walk at least 5 miles a day.

they were probably 20 inches cold but with the amount of oil and esciline he pumped into his arms, i have no doubt he could have hit 22 inches. most pros now would have like, 21 inch arms without the seo so it's entirely reasonable

i was just trying to prove that  cardio "isnt a stupid"  as you called it, that it helps ( of course along with the right meds) those of us who refuse to eat like birds to get in shape...Ive gotten in super conditioning eating 300g of carbs all the way to ocntest or shoot day..thanks to cardio..

but no! a true natural is maybe 170lb on a good wet day 6% overall if absolitly best struture at 5'10! and...if this true natural go out gymnasium for 1-2 months and dont work out...he lose so much lean muscle that he will be 160lb will fell 150lb and if lucky enough to have ilusion due to good structure will pull the ilusion of 170

I walk on the treadmill for the calf pump and to get a full body sweat going. That doesn't burn many calories alone, however it makes a huge difference. Believe it or not, but it works awesome for me and others like slinpump.

The direct amount of calories burned isn't much, but compounded with my workout after it makes a noticeable difference. I also have a warm body which of tough because of how cold it gets in Canada in the winter. This lets me eat anything I want, get ripped and stay full.

You can eat carbs, not do cardio, and diet down to a low bodyfat percentage.

It's all about calories in - calories out. Cardio barely burns any fat, but it does impose a physiological stress on your body... maybe it's not a big deal for guys who use steroids but for natties cardio can do more harm than good. Instead of running you might as well eat a few calories less for better results.

this fella just doesnt look ,, he is so thin when it come to his thickness,, i would say if he was 6'2 this woudl be clean and possible but this fella is not 6'2,,maybe 6'1 185 possible ,,really hard ot tell how much his size is ilusion by just pictures,, he is lack thickness BIG TIME,, he is really fragile but! if he is 190-195lb! 6'1 4% it was achieved with hormones
