Thats what I was going to experiment with.....my usual food choices with IF....then my cheat day on sundays....
dude just eat!
eat 3 big meals a day with meat /chicken whatever... and rice, patatos.....
have some snacks rich in protein.
that is it!! do not overcomplicate things!
i look the best shapewise that i ever looked, and i do not diet!!! eat whatever i want, being good rich food!
rice and chicken, lot of eggs, bread , some fruits.
diet is overrated.... most eat waaaay to much anyhow!
what will make you look the way you want to look = drugs!
and the stress that a diet will bring raises cortisol so you will look like crapp! lol!
big/lean bodybuilder = happy bodybuilder, you need to be happy and enjoy life!! so eat!!!!!!

save the diet for the last 6 weeks before a show.....
all these diets.. keto, fasting, low fat , high fat, low carb, high carb.....BULLSHIT! food = food
your body will take what it needs, so eat healthy and balanced, but not restrict yourself!
eat tasty rich good homemade food.
remember to be 7/8 % no diet required......
