Got it today for squats very deep. Im quite pleased. I just converted over from smith machine squats to free weight and have gained strength very quickly. I struggled with 225 the first day i did it and now im doing 455 fairly easy. I cut it short to be safe but i had a few more in me. Maybe when i get to 5 plates ill post a vid for getbig. Yes, i realize there are 16 year old squatting 900 lbs out there. I am not strong for a bodybuilder but extremely strong for my bird joints.
There ain't any 16-year-olds squatting that, bro

And point of fact, you're strong, period. You get extra props for your slim joints, but anybody burying 455 for a few reps is on the right track (yes, regardless of what he is/ain't taking).
Keep at it. Just don't let yourself get to the point at which you're doing ass-to-ankles good mornings. I made that mistake and wound up with a nasty case of sciatica
