Some pretty cool skills right there obviously the girl took some dance class and was just having some fun, but if you need to hate go right ahead I won't stop you.
I'd try this myself, but only on my home treadmil with the speed set really slow and no one is around to catch me acting weird. Might be fun. Sure could put some spice in what is generally a pretty boring cardio workout.
The other day at the gym, one of the physical therapist had a fellow slowly walking backward on a threadmil. I was curious what that was supposed to work on, but I didn't ask.
